Junior IT Support Engineer (FinTech Solutions)

:Job Summary

We’re looking for a tech-savvy Junior IT Support Engineer to help configure and maintain MT5 platforms for our clients. You’ll work with our senior team to set up trading symbols, groups, and basic server settings—no prior MT5 experience needed (we’ll train you!).

:Key Responsibilities

:MT5 Platform Configuration

Set up trading symbols, leverage groups, and margin settings in MT5 as per client requests.

Adjust server settings (spreads, swaps, holidays) via MetaQuotes Manager.

Assist with basic platform deployments (guided by senior engineers).

:Technical Support

Troubleshoot client access issues (logins, connectivity).

Escalate complex server/network problems to senior staff.

Document configurations and client instructions.

:General IT Tasks

Monitor server status and alerts.

Assist with CRM/user management tools (training provided).

Handle basic Windows/Linux server tasks (updates, backups).

Requirements

Must-Have:

1-3 years of IT experience (helpdesk, support, or lab/admin work).

:Basic understanding of

Windows/Linux OS

Networking (IPs, DNS, remote access tools like RDP/SSH)

Willingness to learn MT5 administration.

:Nice-to-Have

Familiarity with any trading platform (even as a user).

Basic SQL or Excel skills (for data checks).
